What does UpTime360 do?

UpTime360, a new customisable service from Training360 and PROGmasters, monitors your company's digital channels in full, so there's never a minute of downtime.

UpTime360 monitors the performance, speed and overall availability of netbanks, webshops, online services, websites, REST and SOAP APIs (PSD2, OpenBankAPI) - without interruption.

Simulates external, real-time customer usage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This immediately reveals any slowdowns, expected service outages and downtime related to digital services.

Detailed statistics

In UpTime360, a wide range of statistics and reports are available in real-time, as well as on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The dashboard is fully customisable, with separate reports created for management, IT operations and the functional area responsible for service.

Detailed data (e.g. time data, logs, screenshots) of the measurements during the outage period are available to further support the detection.
