What does a software tester do?
Software testers are responsible for planning and coordinating the entire testing process with the developers, developing, running and evaluating functional and non-functional tests, and recording bugs in a suitable format so that the fix can be made quickly and efficiently. The test cases can be run manually or automatically, and different tests can be created according to the needs of the development team based on the test cases developed.
The testers ensure the quality of the software and the management can make appropriate decisions on the release of the software based on the tests performed.
