Work-life balance
Description
Work-life balance is now a global issue. The day consists of 24 hours, and as much as we would like to, we cannot extend the 1440 minutes. We have to squeeze our work, our private life and our rest into 24 hours. This is a real challenge for workers. This is particularly true when the home office blurs the boundaries between working time and private time. During the training, participants will understand what balance means and become aware of their own needs. In this light, they will assess their current situation and examine the causes and signs of any imbalance.
Suggested For
For people who, in today's complex, changing and unpredictable world, increasingly feel that the boundaries between work and private life are blurred. The increase in workloads is becoming unbearable, but even in their personal lives they have too many demands to meet at the same time. We welcome participants who want to explore their current situation, understand the causes of the imbalance and take steps to redress it.
Benefits
Work-life imbalances can lead to a long-term lack of motivation, loss of loyalty or even a deterioration in performance. Training helps prevent or remedy these by giving time for "self-diagnosis". From this, the participant learns and practices tools on how to maintain this balance in the future. Self-discovery is one of the components of the training, giving space for a kind of inner journey.

After Course
After the training, individual coaching gives participants the opportunity to further understand the individual relevance of the work-life balance theme, to deepen the self-awareness part of the training, and to define and put into practice personalised resources.
After the training, a group coaching session is proposed 2 months after the training, during which the participants exchange experiences on how to put into practice the resolutions formulated during the training and formulate further goals and concrete steps for themselves. The group also offers the opportunity to learn from each other, get reinforcement and additional tips.
These tailored follow-up steps will help participants to develop and strengthen psychological safety, thus helping to resolve anxiety and poor performance.
