Windows 10 and 11 installation, configuration and operation
Description
The modern desktop administrator (MDA) installs, configures, protects, manages and monitors devices and client applications in an enterprise environment. This includes managing identities, access, policies, updates and applications. MDA works with M365 Enterprise Administrator to design and implement an asset strategy that meets the business needs of the modern organization.
In this course, students will learn how to plan and implement an operating system deployment strategy using modern deployment methods, as well as how to implement an upgrade strategy. Participants will learn the key elements of modern management and co-management strategies. The course will also cover what is required to integrate Microsoft Intune into the organisation, as well as how to deploy and manage applications and browser-based applications. In addition, key concepts of modern management security will be introduced, including authentication, identity, access and compliance policies. Attendees will learn about technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and how to use them to protect devices and data.
IMPORTANT! The training will include the learning of cloud-based technologies.

Prerequisites
Course participants should have basic networking and hardware skills, a working knowledge of operating systems and application basics, and experience in using Windows operating systems. As the course materials are in English, a reading level of English is also required.
