ATM-WELL
New Wellbeing
Description
Perhaps never before has it been so important to address the issue of wellbeing. In recent years, we have seen countless changes at both individual and organisational level. Millions of people have been introduced to the online world, to larger teams, to sedentary lifestyles, to burnout, to the need to perform, and to opportunities for development and self-fulfilment.
A significant number of organisations are now addressing employee wellbeing and offering a wide range of programmes and opportunities for employees to have a good time in their organisation.
But what do we as individuals do for our well-being? Are we looking after ourselves? Can we be in balance? Do we find our inner harmony and psychological security in this ever-changing, unpredictable world? How responsible do we feel for our own happiness? Or how responsible do we feel for what happens to us? Can we accept? Can we let go? Can we move harmoniously with change?
What an organisation can offer its employees as workplace well-being is very important and necessary, but it is important to be aware that within the individual, everything begins and ends with attention to oneself. The individual is therefore responsible for his or her own well-being.
Self-awareness is therefore essential, as it supports the development of well-being skills, with an emphasis on those skills that help the individual to find their own inner balance. These are: autonomy, communication skills, mental and physical well-being, empathy, health and recreation, cooperation.
Suggested For
For all managers and employees who are concerned about maintaining physical and mental balance. For all those who are interested in self-development, in finding their own inner stability in a changing world and in discovering the elements of their individual well-being. It is for those who are not afraid to face themselves, who want to do something for themselves, who want to live in a more harmonious work and family environment and who want to be in tune with themselves.
Benefits
- As a result of the training, personal strengths are strengthened, resources and areas for development are defined
- Individual self-awareness is deepened, thus increasing the effectiveness of daily work. It is a well-known fact that one of the main tools people have at their disposal is their own personality, and it is therefore very important that each individual is aware of the situations where his or her own personality is the main obstacle to effective solutions.
- In addition, tolerance and acceptance of others and of others' opinions, mistakes and ways of solving problems increases, so that there is much less tension and conflict between colleagues, which has an impact on harmonious cooperation in the group.
- In the group, members can experience the barriers to individual and pair problem solving, the way thinking works in stressful situations and the resulting rigidity and difficulty in correcting individual attitudes, and the various verbal and non-verbal factors of interpersonal communication.
- All these will help you to be a satisfied, happy and engaged employee in your organisation
- Personal resilience and inner psychic balance increase psychological resilience, which can lead to increased productivity.
