Changes to IT operator exams - ITIL®, PRINCE2®
- From 1 July 2022, the ITIL® 4 Managing Transition Professional exam will also be discontinued.
- As of 1 February 2022, the paper-based in-person exam will be discontinued, and exams will now only be available in an online proctored version. However, they can still be requested from Training360 Ltd in the form of an exam voucher.
- All purchased exams come with a booklet containing the knowledge required for the exam.
PRINCE2® 4 exams and qualifications
PRINCE2® Foundation
By obtaining the qualification, participants can demonstrate their understanding of PRINCE2®-based project management procedures, process models and product-based design solutions by obtaining a formal qualification. They are able to prepare generic project plans, analyse risks, initiate projects, prepare documentation and manage projects based on PRINCE2® guidelines.

PRINCE2® Practitioner.
The PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification is designed for project managers who will be responsible for managing, supervising and leading more complex projects, building on existing foundations. By obtaining this qualification, you will be able to demonstrate the highest level of professional competence in managing projects based on the PRINCE2® guidelines.

Agile® Foundation
The PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation qualification is designed to help practitioners implement agile projects using the PRINCE2® methodology tools and their application. Providing a deeper knowledge of understanding agile methodologies touching on Scrum, Kanban, Lean Start-up and Cynefin methodologies.

Mock exam
PeopleCert® official mock exams are live, scored exams designed to give candidates the experience of taking the real exam and help them familiarise themselves with the exam material.

Before the mock exam, the participant will receive instructions and all the information they need to know for the mock exam. After the test, the participant will receive an evaluation report, which will indicate the areas to be improved. You can download the evaluation after completing the mock exam or download it from your profile at peoplecert.org.
Comment
If there are multiple versions of the mock exams (e.g. Version A, Version B, etc.), each version will indicate a unique test for the same rating, so participants may have access to a number of different questions in preparation for the exam.
