PeopleCert® test center
Training360 joined the PeopleCert® accredited network of examination centers on 1 January 2018. This means we continue offering the popular ITIL®, PRINCE2® and PeopleCert DevOps certifications.
Changes to IT operator exams - ITIL®, PRINCE2®
ITIL® and PRINCE2® products manufacturer, as announced by AXELOS:
- From 1 July 2022, the ITIL® 4 Managing Transition Professional exam will also be discontinued.
Regarding the format of the exams:
- As of 1 February 2022, the paper-based in-person exam will be discontinued, and exams will now only be available in an online proctored version. However, they can still be requested from Training360 Ltd in the form of an exam voucher.
- All purchased exams come with a booklet containing the knowledge required for the exam.
Prerequisites for advanced exams
Important!!
If you would like to apply for the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam, a prerequisite for exam registration (and the exam) is the passing of the Foundation exam and proof of passing it. For the ITIL® Intermediate exam, you will need to have passed the Foundation exam and have completed the official course for the exam and have proof of attendance (copy of attendance certificate or Letter of Attendance).

Preparing for the exam
Training360 also offers an international exam preparation course at the PeopleCert® exam center as part of its IT Leadership training, including ITIL® Foundation, ITIL® Intermediate (Capability and Lifecycle), Advanced (MALC), PRINCE2®.
Preparation for each topic can be done independently, from textbooks, video courses, e-learning materials, and importantly, for many advanced exams, completion of formal courses (formal materials) is mandatory to pass the exam.
