ITIL® exams and certifications

ITIL® is one of the most widely used and internationally recognized frameworks for digital product and service management. It helps organizations design their operations more effectively, support business goals, and manage change and growing complexity in a conscious way.

Today, knowledge of the ITIL approach is often a basic expectation, while official certifications clearly demonstrate professional preparedness.

The current direction of development is represented by ITIL (Version 5), which is aligned with modern digital operations and focuses on value creation, end-to-end thinking, and the role of artificial intelligence.

The certification confirms deep professional experience and practical application capability.

The role of ITIL 4 in the migration

ITIL® 4 remains a relevant foundation, but for new entrants, ITIL (Version 5) courses are now the primary direction.

ITIL® 4 courses are justified when:

  • the candidate already has an ITIL® 4 certification
  • their goal is to use the transition opportunities
  • they want to reach ITIL (Version 5) level in the fastest and most efficient way possible
