Description

Today, the quality of information flow and collaboration within and outside the organisation is a key factor for organisational success, regardless of profession and position. In other words, how we communicate and collaborate with our colleagues, managers and customers. In the world of teleworking, it is important to learn to communicate effectively and to collaborate consciously with each other in virtual space.

Everyone without exception needs/needs a high level of computer and networking skills. By everyone, we should really mean society as a whole, as we are already seeing that not only those in manual work but also those in manual work need skills in this area. That is why perhaps the most important task facing us in the years ahead is to master virtual communication effectively and to work together effectively in virtual space. The aim of our training is to make participants aware of the barriers to virtual communication and how to overcome them, as well as the rules and NETworking pillars that are essential for virtual collaboration.

The focus of our training is to raise awareness of the communication challenges in the virtual space and to develop best practices to overcome the difficulties. Our programme will focus on the rules of collaboration in virtual space, techniques for building trust and a toolkit for conscious problem solving in online spaces.

Suggested For

For all employees and managers who work telecommuting or hybrid work in the longer term.

Benefits

The changing world has brought a certain unpredictability in recent years. Many organisations have started to switch to teleworking or hybrid working after the crisis office created during Covid. However, the solutions developed during Covid, which were ad hoc solutions, need to transition and meet the criteria for longer-term teleworking, as only with this consciously developed collaboration and communication toolkit will the organisation, the team and the individual be able to meet the ongoing challenges.

The ability of colleagues to communicate more effectively in virtual space will support collaboration. Establishing new rules and conditions for collaboration at group and organisational level will reduce the disconnect in teleworking, and effective collaboration within the group will increase engagement and maintain motivation. For the individual, this can provide a sense of psychological security, and for the organisation, it ensures engaged employees and effective individual and group work.
