Description

In every organisational structure, there are jobs that are, by their very nature, mentally and emotionally demanding. All-day work, often monotonous, is demanding on the body and on attention, while fatigue, impatience and mistakes should not be felt and should not be allowed to show. This training is designed to help you to show, through creative and interactive exercises, what tricks and practices can be used to make boring tasks varied, inspiring and effective.

The programme will help you to change your perspective on boring tasks, to think in alternatives and to recognise which part of your day is best suited to integrate this type of task in order to make it as effective as possible.

Suggested For

Employees who, because of their job, must have a high tolerance for monotony or who perceive themselves as inefficient in scheduling and carrying out tasks that are considered boring.

Benefits

During the training, the individual's ability to tolerate monotony is made aware, so that each person can formulate the important areas to be developed and the points where it is worth paying focused attention, according to his or her own personality.

Participants will be introduced to ways of creating momentum to maintain motivation, which is key to organisational effectiveness and performance when dealing with tedious tasks.

Participants will inspire each other to look at new ways of doing things, possibly automation and templates, as an opportunity to explore and put into practice.
