HOW DO THE DIFFERENT FORMS OF EDUCATION WORK?
Mentored training:
Participants acquire knowledge through e-learning materials within a defined timeframe, with a mentor available throughout to answer any questions. The e-learning material remains accessible for 3 months after the training. This methodology provides immediate personal support from a professionally competent trainer or written support within 3 days at the latest.
Mentored trainingBlended mentored training:
Participants acquire knowledge through e-learning materials in an unspecified timeframe. For questions, a consultation appointment can be pre-arranged through our coordinators. Consultations can be used within 3 months, either in one block or split up (1.5 hours for 1-2 day courses; 2 hours for 3-5 day courses).
Blended mentored trainingE-learning Plus:
Participants acquire knowledge through e-learning materials in an unspecified timeframe. Materials are available within 24 hours of ordering and accessible for 3 months. Mentor support is provided in written form (via Slack) in limited quantities with a maximum 3-day response time.
