Information on Linux courses

Our in-house developed Linux courses provide participants with a wide range of Linux-related tasks, from the basics of Linux operation and network management to more advanced skills and advanced topics. Our Enterprise Linux System Administrator training courses provide our students with the basic skills at a discounted price.

For Linux administrators and operators with experience, we offer a wide range of training courses covering specific details: troubleshooting, storage/cluster solutions, RHCSA exam preparation course, network administration (Nagios, Icinga), Apache web server, Bash programming, Postgre administration, Perl, Docker and Kubernetes.

Course materials and instructors

For most of the courses, participants will be provided with a set of teaching aids compiled by the trainers (documentation, supplementary materials in Hungarian and sometimes in English, help files, electronic help files), and for some specific topics, we provide digital Gurulabs course materials in English. The learning materials contain not only theoretical knowledge but also exercises to practice.

Our RedHat certified trainers have many years of experience and references in Linux Unix networking.

Course location and delivery

Courses run all day, from 9:00-17:00, including several breaks and an extended lunch break, depending on the topic. Courses are available at the advertised times, which you can check on the Linux Courses page.

Courses are held at Training360's training center, where we provide our participants with state-of-the-art infrastructure and equipment to meet the highest classroom requirements.

On request, it is possible to deliver customised courses, either at Training360 or outsourced to a location of your choice.

Course administration and application

Our own courses are subject to Training360's General Course and Guarantee Conditions. If you wish to apply for one of our courses, please download and complete our course application form and return it to us.

Courses end with the issue of a certificate of attendance, which is proof of course attendance and not a measure of knowledge gained.

Our courses do not require examinations, but some of our courses do help you to prepare for formal examinations. Examination fees are not included in the course fees.

If you would like to take an exam on a particular subject after the course, we can arrange this at our Pearson VUE exam center by appointment . Please contact our test center administrator for current prices and availability.
