Information on Java courses

We offerJava programming and application development courses for everyone, from the basics of the Java language to developing Java-based web services. At the same time, our Java Advanced courses are for experienced Java developers who already have Java programming skills and experience and want to learn more about the different frameworks, development tools or even to explore performance issues in development.

Learning materials and tutorials

For each course, participants will receive a set of teaching materials (documentation, supplementary materials in English and Hungarian, help files, electronic help files) compiled by the instructors. The teaching materials include not only theoretical knowledge but also exercises for practice.

Our qualified trainers have many years of experience and references in Java development, software design and software testing.

Mentored trainings

Training360's innovative mentored training format combines the flexibility of self-paced, video-based learning with the effectiveness of classroom training. Training360's mentored courses allow students to acquire the knowledge they need in a more effective way than traditional formal training, tailored to their learning habits and needs.

Mentored training is delivered by Training360's senior trainers, who have a complete knowledge of the subject area and the related course material (and very often other related cross-technologies), practical experience and appropriate teaching methodology.

The course materials and learning pathway allow the self-paced learning of each module and associated exercises. The mentor will provide on-the-spot assistance to answer any professional questions and solve problems that may arise.

Course location and delivery

Courses run throughout the day, from 9:00-17:00, with several breaks and an extended lunch break, depending on the topic. Courses are available at the times advertised in our Java course calendar.

Courses are held at Training360's training center, where we provide our participants with state-of-the-art infrastructure and tools to meet the highest classroom requirements.

If required, it is also possible to deliver customised courses, either at Training360 or on-site at your preferred location. We can even provide you with the complete infrastructure!

Course administration and registration

Our own courses are subject to Training360's General Course and Guarantee Conditions. If you wish to apply for one of our courses, please download and complete our course application form and return it to us.

In all cases, a training contract will be signed with participants prior to the start of the course. Courses end with the issue of a certificate of attendance, which is proof of participation in the course and not a measure of the knowledge acquired.

Our courses are not examination-based, but some of our training courses also help you to prepare for official Oracle exams. Unless otherwise stated, the exam fee is not included in the course fees.

If you would like to take an exam on a particular subject after the course, we can arrange this at our Pearson VUE exam center by appointment. Please contact our test center administrator for current prices and availability.
