Information on our IT management training

Successful and efficient operations - both in the area of corporate governance and in the area of IT operations and development - depend to a large extent on the preparedness of managers, the quality of their decision-making processes and their knowledge of the systems that support their management processes.

Our courses help you to perform these tasks effectively, with professional trainers with many years of experience and international certifications, company references and unique simulation solutions that guarantee high quality and effective training.

In the field of ITIL®, we have a contract with G2G3, the world's leading business simulation game developer, to offer an ITIL® simulation game and an integrated training solution based on it, for learning and best practice learning and implementation of ITIL® or other IT service management methodologies. Within the framework of the one-day simulation case studies, you can encounter real-life IT service management problems, play in different roles (from help-desk to manager), even with your own company staff!

Scheduling, time management, outsourced solutions

Courses run all day, from 9.00 to 17.00 h (with breaks). Courses are available at the times advertised, which are listed in our chronological table.

Training materials, services, infrastructure

The training courses are held in the air-conditioned and modern equipped rooms of Training 360 Ltd. If the training would take place in another location, participants will be informed.

Training360 has a strong and large trainer base thanks to its broad training portfolio and its national and international corporate contacts. We have trainers with many years of experience, professional routine, project experience and international certification in ITIL® in Hungarian, but we can also provide certified ITIL® trainers in English on demand, with the assistance of one of the world's largest training companies, Global Knowledge Network.

In addition to ITIL®, our trainers have expertise in IT security management, risk management, systems development and process management, and they also develop our course materials and courses.

Course administration, exams

Courses are subject to Training360's general course and guarantee conditions. Training contracts are signed with course participants prior to the commencement of training. Courses are non-exam based and end with a certificate of attendance, which is not a measure of knowledge acquired. A final internal examination or a formal examination in each subject may be optional, according to specific criteria. Examination fees are not included in the course fees (except where not indicated).
