Information on our office user IT trainings
If you would like to improve the skills of your staff, please contact us by phone or email.
The following questions will arise in the process of organising your training, it is worth thinking about them in advance, but we are happy to help, so feel free to contact us!
office software use,
Microsoft operator courses,
Linux courses

What kind of education is it exactly?
If you have found the topic you are interested in our training options, we need to know which version of Office, with which language settings, is used by the intended participants of the training. There may be significant thematic differences between the different versions (Office 2013, 2016, 2019, Office 365).
No two of our training courses on the website are ever the same, as we tailor our training courses to the professional knowledge of the students, the nature of their daily work and their specific needs, with the help of our trainers.
If you are unsure of the right level for your participants, it is possible to request an online or offline assessment, which we will organise in full, including the evaluation of the tests!
If you require foreign language training, please let us know in advance!
How many hours?
Next to each of the subjects we teach, you will find information about the number of hours and days of training. One lesson is 45 minutes of instruction, of which 8 or 10 can be delivered effectively in 1 day. The teaching day can be broken up by any number of breaks of any length, but in our experience it is best to plan for a longer lunch break (approx. 1 hour) and two shorter breaks (morning and afternoon). On this basis, our training sessions most often take place between 9:00 and 16:30.
What is the right number of people in a group?
Naturally, the smaller the group, the more effective the training. Our courses are practical and involve a lot of group work and practice, so we recommend a maximum of 10-12 people depending on the subject, but for more difficult, advanced subjects, even smaller groups are ideal.
Where should the training take place?
In addition to our well-equipped classrooms, it is also possible to have training on-site at your premises! This can be done in a computer-based classroom, or in a room or meeting room of suitable size, as we can provide the complete infrastructure needed for training (student and teacher computers, projectors, flipcharts, etc.) anywhere in the country. If you do not have a room of the right size, we can also help you rent a classroom and create the right environment.
When should the training take place?
To organise our courses, we need a minimum of 2-3 weeks due to the optimal scheduling of our resources, so it is worth contacting us early, as we can still offer a wide range of possible dates!
In urgent cases, we can organise training in less time, but in this case we may ask you for more flexibility in terms of the date!
What information will you receive from us after this?
Once these issues have been clarified to the satisfaction of both parties, our training organisers will prepare the necessary paperwork and inform the contact person and the participants of the exact details of the course.
At the end of the course, students will receive a certificate of attendance and will have the opportunity to evaluate the training through our satisfaction measurement system. A report of the surveys received will be sent to the contact person, together with suggestions for further areas and topics for improvement suggested by the instructor.
