Preliminary knowledge assessment

The purpose of the pre-assessment is to test and evaluate the applicant's prior knowledge, skills and practical experience and compare them with the competences that can be acquired during the selected training.

The process and results of the pre-assessment will help the trainee to become aware of where he/she is before starting the course, what competences, formal or informal, he/she has already acquired in relation to the chosen occupation. These can be used to decide whether it is necessary to follow the training (exemption) or whether further training is required beforehand.

In the case of in-company training, the service also aims to provide a curriculum adapted to the knowledge level of the groups of trainees, to tailor the learning materials and, where possible, to create homogeneous groups with a homogeneous knowledge level.

To support this process, we have both a paper-based and a flexible and quick-to-use web-based assessment/evaluation system. We also provide practical knowledge assessment on request. In the case of a tailor-made course, the necessary knowledge assessments are prepared separately.

For advertised courses, the preliminary knowledge assessment can be requested via the downloadable application form. For advertised courses, the fee for the preliminary knowledge assessment is HUF 20.000 + VAT, please submit your request at least 10 days before the start of the course. For further details see our course conditions. In the case of corporate clients, group courses, individual courses, the fee for the knowledge assessment will be set individually in a separate offer.
