Prerequisites
Participants must have knowledge and expertise in the following topics to complete the course:
- a working knowledge of the core functionality of Microsoft 365 services;
- General IT skills (including the use of PowerShell);
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory;
- Basic knowledge of mobile device management and related operating systems (Android and macOS).
As the course is taught in English, a document-reading level of English is required.
