SharePoint and OneDrive management on Microsoft 365

During the course, participants will learn how to design, configure and manage SharePoint and OneDrive tools to create modern content delivery. The course also brings best practices for OneDrive adoption and deployment, and covers a number of other important and essential topics.

This course is aimed at IT professionals who install and manage Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive systems within their organisation or are interested in the subject.

The 3-day course covers the following modules:

Module 1: Plan and Configure SharePoint Sites

This module introduces how to plan, configure and manage SharePoint sites.

Module 2: Configure and Manage OneDrive

This module shows how to plan the deployment of OneDrive and how to manage content in it.

This module focuses on sharing, security settings and monitoring in Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive.

Module 4: Manage User Profiles and Apps

This module covers the creation, customization and management of user profiles in SharePoint and also touches on the use of the App Catalog.

Participants must have knowledge and expertise in the following topics to complete the course:

• a working knowledge of the core functionality of Microsoft 365 services;
• General IT skills (including the use of PowerShell);
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory;
• Basic knowledge of mobile device management and related operating systems (Android and macOS).

As the course is taught in English, a document-reading level of English is required.
