New Scrum Master role-based training

For the agile methodology to work properly, it is essential to define roles. Of the agile principles, the Scrum methodology is one of the most effective: it helps teams to produce a successful product that actually meets the customer's needs.

The training will introduce the Scrum methodology, with a focus on the role of the Scrum Master. During the 2-day intensive training, exercises and simulations will be presented and tested adapted to the role. The Scrum Master role is essential for the functioning of the project team, but it is important to treat it separately from the project manager.

In our Scrum Master training you can learn the skills you need to make your projects successful. Through our training exercises and simulations, you will develop the personal toolkit for change management, the quick thinking needed for optimization, and the effective planning needed for continuous improvement and integration.

The training is delivered by a trainer with Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the Scrum Institute.
