Resilience
Description
In today's uncertain, unpredictable, changing and anxiety-filled world, it is of paramount importance that we are able to cope well with these situations. Resilience is a measure of our mental capacity to cope with obstacles and difficult life situations. The aim of the training is to introduce participants to the concept and history of resilience. To place themselves in the current economic and social context, to become aware of the skills needed to be motivated, resilient and able to adapt to change in a more effective way, while maintaining or increasing their performance. Take stock of their own resilience and build a picture of their current situation.
Suggested For
The training is recommended for anyone who feels the changes in the world, experiences uncertain situations and has to cope with constant pressure. We are looking for participants who care about their mental health and are willing to look after themselves and do something for themselves in their daily lives.
Benefits
The aim of the training is to enable participants to adapt to ever-changing expectations in a way that preserves their health and to use their resources to recharge themselves in the face of stress. During the training, participants will get an idea of their current "resilience level" and learn techniques to improve their mental resilience, with methodological guidance and concrete solutions. Self-awareness is one of the components of the training, giving space for a kind of inner journey.

After Course
After the training, individual coaching provides participants with the opportunity to further understand the individual relevance of the topic of Resilience, to deepen the self-awareness part of the training, and to define and put into practice personalised resources.
After the training, a group coaching session is proposed 2 months after the training, during which the participants exchange experiences on how to put into practice the resolutions formulated during the training and formulate further goals and concrete steps for themselves. The group also offers the opportunity to learn from each other, get reinforcement and additional tips.
These tailored follow-up steps will help participants to develop and strengthen psychological safety and thus help to overcome anxiety and poor performance.
