Description

The aim of the training is to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the PRINCE2® methodology, building on the foundations acquired in the PRINCE2® Foundation training, and to enable them to effectively apply its guidelines in the management processes of various projects. The training also helps to prepare for the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam.

The training is available for the new 7th Edition from May 2024.

The PRINCE2® Practitioner course is recommended primarily for project managers and programme managers who will be responsible for managing, supervising and leading complex projects. At the end of the course, participants will be able to apply PRINCE2® guidelines at a high level to the management of complex business projects of different types and requirements.
