PR2-PACK
PRINCE2® Foundation + Practitioner course and exam package
Description
The training includes the PRINCE2® Foundation (PR2-F) and Advanced Practitioner (PR2-P) courses (3+2 days) and the related exams in one discounted package.
The training will be available for the new 7th Edition from May 2024.
The training courses are designed to provide participants with an understanding of project management using PRINCE2®, one of the world's most popular methodologies, and to prepare them for the international PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner exams.
PRINCE2®-based project management has now become a de-facto standard, used in a wide range of public and private sector organisations. PRINCE2® provides organisations with a common language, common processes, roles and management solutions, whether for general or IT project management. PRINCE2® can help improve the efficiency and quality of projects; increase customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
The course is based on lectures, interactive exercises, case studies and exam preparation consultations.
At the end of the course, participants will be familiar with PRINCE2®-based project management procedures, process models and product-based design solutions, and will be able to prepare project plans, analyse risks, initiate projects, prepare project documentation and manage complex projects. They will also be familiar with the techniques required for change management, quality assurance and product development management and will be able to effectively apply PRINCE2® guidelines to various project management processes.
Course timetable: at the announced dates of the PRINCE2® Foundation (PR2-F) and PRINCE2® Practitioner (PR2-P) courses.
PRINCE2® examinations can be taken at a date agreed in advance following the training. The course fee includes one-off Foundation and Practitioner exam fees. Please note that we recommend that you have sufficient PRINCE2® project management practice time before taking the advanced Practitioner exam.
