Description

The training prepares you for the Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) exam of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the world's largest organization of project managers and the most important certification body for project management.

The training is based on the PMI-ACP Exam Content Outline document published by PMI, which contains the theoretical knowledge required for the exam. The program provides the 21 hours of instruction required for this requirement of the ACP exam with the appropriate content, plus 21 PDUs that can be used to maintain a PMP for participants with a PMP.

The theoretical background for the ACP preparation programme is based on Mike Griffiths' book (PMI-ACP Exam Prep), which can be provided to participants at an additional cost on request

The training is primarily recommended for those who wish to obtain the Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) qualification

The course fee does not include the exam fee. More information about the exam is available here
