Training360 Ltd. complaints handling procedure

We try to deliver our training courses to the best and most consistent standard possible, keeping in mind the advertised topics and conditions as well as the client's needs. However, if you feel that you are not satisfied with the overall training you have received, you can make a complaint and claim compensation.

In many cases, any problems with the training can be remedied immediately if we receive feedback quickly. Throughout the course, you have the opportunity to report any professional or non-professional problems or shortcomings that may affect the professional quality and effectiveness of the training, either through our trainers, our training managers or our product managers. We are able to respond and help you immediately or within a short time, so please take advantage of this opportunity.

After the training courses, participants can use a written or on-line evaluation system, student questionnaires to assess the quality of the courses and their delivery, and can provide their opinions and suggestions to help improve the quality of the training courses. If we find any glaring non-conformities or dissatisfaction, our staff will contact you to discuss and resolve the problems.

If you are not satisfied with the professional quality of our course, you can terminate your participation in the course at any time , and within 5 working days of the end of the course you can submit a written complaint to our staff, detailing the problems, issues and reasons for complaint, which will be investigated within two weeks of receipt and resolved in writing or by personal consultation and discussion. Based on these:

1. the training may be completed free of charge one more time on the additional dates announced, at the latest within six months of the completion of the course in question, for which you must register in advance (our general course conditions apply to training courses). The auxiliary materials and teaching materials provided for the course must be brought by the participant to the next training course (the additional services, meals and other discounts and promotions provided for the training course do not apply in this case).

2. the previous course may be replaced by another course of similar price and on the additional dates advertised, at the latest within six months of the completion of the previous course, for which registration must be made in advance (the courses are subject to our general course conditions). The course materials and aids received for the previous course and the fees for services used up to that date must be paid.

3. if you do not wish to take another course, the course fee will be refunded to you. The course materials and aids received for the course and the fees for the services used up to that point must be paid.
