Description

In our VUCA world, where the environment is uncertain, unpredictable, fast-changing and complex, what do we need? Security and a safe environment. In the current environment, the need to belong - to feel safe - is stronger than ever! Our outdoor trainings are representative of the uncertain, unpredictable and changing environment of the VUCA world, and the shared experiences lived and processed here support security.

In the life of an organisation, employees do their work with a certain level of awareness, but more instinctively. Our outdoor team-building training makes instinctive actions conscious, provides a real experience and becomes a memorable shared experience, thus supporting the creation of cohesion within the team and the development of cooperation.

Depending on the outdoor elements (extreme or not, requiring stepping out of the comfort zone or not), the programme helps participants to understand the drivers of their own behaviour, to experience the power of the team through interdependence. Challenges and positive reinforcements allow participants to unlock their deep skills.

The aim of outdoor team building is for participants to experience the power of teamwork through interdependence and to have a deep experience of experiential learning.

In designing the programme, attention is paid to ensuring that the tasks require each participant to invest a lot of energy in order to achieve team results. During our outdoor programs, we intersperse creative problem-solving tasks that require joint strategic thinking with situational exercises that foster collaboration, using nature as the backdrop.

Suggested For

For teams working together, for partner departments, for groups that are even partially linked to each other in the organisational structure.

Benefits

The programme helps teams working together to recognise their hidden potential, to identify and overcome obstacles to their development, and to strengthen their ability to perform at a high level as a committed team member and to strengthen their commitment to the organisation.

As a result of the training, participants will become more effective in achieving organisational goals by exploiting the potential synergies of working together.

There will be a better knowledge, understanding and acceptance of each other's areas of expertise and the specific problems that arise from them. It will be possible to identify and effectively address the factors that facilitate and hinder cooperation.

The aim of the outdoor programme is not only to strengthen the team, but also to open up new horizons for the team itself through better human relations between the staff, based on the experience of learning from experience together.
