Online meeting management
Description
With the development of technology, the role of online presence, whether it is giving presentations or participating in meetings, is becoming increasingly important, in addition to the face-to-face meetings that used to be typical. For international companies with an active presence in Hungary, service centres and medium-sized Hungarian companies expanding into foreign markets, meetings held online are playing an increasingly important role, not only in terms of cost efficiency but also pragmatism. The aim of our programme is to build on the previous knowledge of the participants and together we will learn about the success criteria for online meetings, the opportunities and limitations of the medium, and the practical methodological tools to conduct successful meetings. The course is interactive, based (also) on the participants' own examples - thus supporting the integration of the acquired knowledge into everyday life. Online meetings in practice: After the 2-day course, there is the possibility of "shadow coaching", where the trainer gives feedback to the meeting leader after participating in a live meeting, thus fine-tuning the knowledge gained.
