Our trainers
Office courses are delivered by our experts who have been training in a corporate environment for 5-10 years, and who have started their work after a careful selection and training process. A rock-solid professional qualification, empathy and excellent communication skills are essential.
Form of training
The training will be in the form of instructor-led group training sessions, one computer per person. The methodological elements used during the course are: theoretical material, lectures, demonstrations, revision questions, specific individual and group exercises for each topic, follow-up questions, test exercises, consultation.

The assessment system
At the end of the course, students will receive a certificate of attendance, not related to the level of knowledge acquired, but subject to the student's attendance record and to the attendance of at least 80% of the course duration.
Level assessment
The quality of the training and student satisfaction is measured by a web-based student questionnaire after the course.
