Microsoft Project advanced skills
Description
The Microsoft Project Advanced course is based on the beginner course, and requires a basic knowledge of the software and the necessary skills to complete the course.
During the training, you will be introduced to the main MS Project modules at a higher level: specific activity types and logical relationships that are essential for professional work, advanced calendar and resource management, cost planning, ways of managing resource conflicts, special cases of follow-up and sub-projects. And the biggest topic of the course will be custom solutions beyond the pre-built functionality offered by the program (custom fields, creating custom formatting styles and structures, and performing basic calculations).
