Description
The course aims to familiarise users with Microsoft Outlook features, e-mail and other advanced teamwork support features. The course will provide a comprehensive knowledge from basic to advanced level.
The course is available for all software versions (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, O365).
Outline
Outlook management interface
- Outlook window structure (Navigation window, Reading window, Taskbar, People window), customization, Reading view
- Menu Bar (Location Sensitive Tabs, Collapse, Customize)
- Access commands with the Show function
- Using and customising the quick access toolbar
- The File menu (Backstage view), Information, Print, Options
Create and send messages
- Addressing a new message, Email efficiency tips
- New feature: the usefulness and functionality of the @ sign for addressing recipients
- Message writing, formatting, messaging parameters (tracking settings)
- Attaching a file attachment, attaching recently opened documents from the Ribbon
- Sending a message, recalling a sent message
- Creating and using signatures
- Quick operations (setting, creating a new quick operation) - multi-step operations with one click

Inbox management
- Read message, read attachment in the Viewer, mini-scroll to display images

Prerequisites
