Microsoft 365 Security Administrator

This course is for Microsoft 365 security professionals. This course covers how to secure users' access to your organisation's resources, including how to protect user passwords, multi-factor authentication, and how to manage external access to Microsoft 365.

During the four-day course, students will learn about:

• Configure various advanced threat protection services for Microsoft 365.

• Plan and deploy Mobile Device Management.
• Implement information rights management.
• Secure messages in Office 365.
• Configure Data Loss Prevention policies.
• Deploy and manage Cloud App Security.
• Implement Azure information protection for Microsoft 365.
• Implement Windows information protection for devices.
• Plan and deploy a data archiving and retention system.
• Perform assessments in Compliance Manager.
• Manage email retention through Exchange.
• Conduct an audit log investigation.
• Create and manage an eDiscovery investigation.
• Manage GDPR data subject requests.

To complete the course, participants must have the following qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Windows 10 deployment experience
• Microsoft Azure® experience
• Microsoft Office Acure experience
• Basic computer networking skills
• experience in managing mobile devices.

As the course is taught in English, basic document reading skills are required.
