Microsoft 365 Fundamentals

The course will provide a basic overview of the benefits of cloud-based models and services (e.g. SaaS), with a focus on Microsoft 365 cloud services. Participants will learn about Microsoft Azure and the differences between Microsoft 365 and Office 365, and between cloud and on-premise services. The course will also cover Microsoft 365 security, compliance and encryption solutions, as well as pricing, billing and support structures.

The course is best suited for IT professionals who need basic Microsoft 365 knowledge in their daily work.

To complete the course, participants must have the following qualifications:

• general IT knowledge or general work experience in an IT environment;
• general (sales level) experience with Microsoft on-premise mail-related products (e.g. Exchange Server, SharePoint, Office Professional, etc.);
• Knowledge of IT business/legal/security requirements.
