MARSLANDER

Want to change the way your company thinks and works?
About the simulation training
At the heart of our simulation is SPACE-Y, a private space research company whose mission is to provide scientific data to various research institutes and universities. This data is collected during each mission.
During the mission, the trainees will have to perform several tasks, which will be carried out in sprints (timeboxing), as known from Agile.
These tasks include planning the MarsLander® mission (reviewing and prioritising the backlog), ensuring a flawless landing on Mars, and collecting surface samples and returning the measurement data to the control centre's DELTA20 supercomputer.
In addition, the fortuitous timing will give the team the opportunity to extract data from the tail of the approaching comet Hardy-IV, thereby generating significant revenue for SPACE-Y. The company's sales director has successfully signed up several customers who have set out their service level agreements (SLAs) in advance of the mission. If the team's performance meets the expected requirements, customers are expected to make additional demands on the management, visualisation and quality of the extracted data.
During the training, each participant will carry out the tasks assigned to him/her in a defined role, contributing to the team's performance, to the creation of value for the common customer and, of course, to the success of the MarsLander® mission.
