New Leadership Mindhack

The Leadership MindHack Programme aims to ensure that you not only have the theoretical knowledge of leadership, but are also able to apply it in your everyday life, so that you can contribute to the effective operation of your company and strengthen its market position as a more effective leader.

The aim is that leadership should not be a compulsory, unloved task for you, but an enjoyable activity, a way of being, in which you can find the joy of success, the energising power of connecting with others, the acquisition of material and other benefits
from working as a respected professional and leader in your ideal position, or anything that will make you get out of bed with more and more energy and enthusiasm every morning!

The programme is delivered in partnership of Learning Expert.

• Preliminary needs and situation assessment interview.
• 4 suitable, half-day, group, practice-oriented skills development sessions to learn about the latest trends, insights and good practices related to leadership, including leadership self-awareness, leadership competencies, leading customer-focused teams and leading in changing environments.
• Every two weeks, for a total of 8 individual coaching sessions, which will be particularly useful for you because your ethical hacker will focus only and exclusively on you, and in the sessions you will work on the topics that are relevant, burning and useful for you.
• Innermetrix Advanced Insights personality profile, which will help you discover your own natural talents, understand what motivates you and how you use them.
• Final consultation.
