Description

We hear a lot about how the biggest challenge of our lives today is the need for complex skills to compete with technological advances and the challenges of our changing world. Because technology is evolving, the labour market is changing and workers need to be able to adapt to these changing working conditions. The term 4K encompasses everything a 21st century worker needs: communication, critical thinking, collaboration, creativity.

Critical Thinking is considered by many to be one of the most important skills of our time and one that we need to master in the midst of the incredible volume and speed of information in the 21st century. It allows us to examine our own and others' arguments from multiple perspectives, to question and objectively base information on what we receive, rather than immediately accepting it or giving in to our subjective opinions on the subject, and to avoid generalising.

Our training introduces the pillars of critical thinking, explores the reasons why it is important to develop critical thinking, which skills support the development of critical thinking in oneself.

Suggested For

The course is recommended for all those, regardless of their position, who want to develop these skills or need inspiration in creative, critical thinking and problem-solving techniques.

Benefits

A lack of critical thinking is responsible for countless business failures. Often, we are overwhelmed by information overload and make decisions too quickly, drawing conclusions without examining all sides of the problem. But we need to be much more aware of how we approach problems and develop possible solutions.

A lack of critical thinking often leads to mistakes, business problems and more effective decision-making. As a result of our training, the decision-making mechanism will improve, the problem-solving strategy will become more effective and the individual, the group and the organisation will be more efficient.

Besides, the expected result of the training is that the participants will be able to analyse a problem or decision making consciously, to draw conclusions, to think in a problem-solving way, and to communicate in a problem-solving way, because the outside world, customers, partners, subordinates, colleagues, managers will draw conclusions from this, because it is not enough to be a problem-solver, you have to be seen as a problem-solver.
