Description

Conflict is a natural part of our lives. It is therefore pointless to keep trying to find ways to avoid conflict. It is more useful to learn how to deal with these situations. In this way, we can reduce feelings of confusion, anger, resentment and failure and instead experience successful conflict resolution, which will also strengthen our self-esteem, self-confidence and sense of psychological security.

The aim of the training is to learn and master conflict management methods that can be applied in business and everyday life. Through real-life examples and creative, interactive exercises, each participant's conflict management repertoire will be expanded, helping participants to become confident and adaptive conflict managers. By applying these appropriate techniques, they can protect their human relationships, strengthen their own position and gain the respect of their colleagues.

Suggested For

In principle, there are no conditions for participation in the training, but our programme is primarily recommended for those who, due to the nature of their work, are exposed to higher stress levels on a continuous or periodic basis, or who encounter more disagreements and conflicts than the average.

Benefits

Participants make progress in their individual conflict management and problem-solving skills, and develop their internal control. The training will enable them to overcome fears and inhibitions caused by conflict, and will also enrich their self-awareness, which is a prerequisite for purposeful and decisive action.

They become able to listen to the arguments and needs of the other party and to formulate their own expectations more precisely, which is a key point in many areas of organisational effectiveness.

The training provides an opportunity to work through real conflict situations brought by the participants and to practice the necessary skills.
