Prerequisites
To participate in the ITIL Foundation Bridge (Version 5) course, participants must hold one of the following certifications:
- ITIL® 4 Foundation certification
- Any higher-level ITIL® 4 certification
The following certifications are not considered sufficient prerequisites:
- ITIL 4 Cloud
- ITIL 4 Sustainability
The ITIL Foundation Bridge (Version 5) course builds on existing ITIL 4 knowledge and focuses exclusively on the new, updated, or extended concepts introduced in the ITIL (Version 5) framework. Elements of the ITIL 4 Foundation syllabus that remain unchanged are not covered during the course.
Additionally, the following experience is beneficial:
- Knowledge of IT service management
- Experience in IT operations, project management, or digital product development
- Basic English language skills (the exam is currently available only in English)
The course is delivered in Hungarian, while participants receive English-language course materials and a glossary of terms.
