New ITIL® (Version 5) Foundation Bridge course + exam
Description
The ITIL 5 Bridge course is designed for professionals who already hold the ITIL 4 Foundation certification and would like to quickly transition their knowledge to the ITIL 5 environment.
The course is half-day, allowing you to gain up-to-date knowledge with minimal time investment.
The ITIL® Foundation Bridge (Version 5) course introduces participants to the key concepts of digital product and service management that were not included in the ITIL 4 Foundation syllabus, and establishes a shared professional language to support effective collaboration within organizations.
The course provides an overview of the ITIL (Version 5) framework, including updates and extensions to the core models as well as the most important foundational concepts. It also demonstrates how these elements can be used to create, deliver, and continually improve products and services.
The ITIL Foundation Bridge (Version 5) enables participants to build on their ITIL 4 knowledge and understand how value can be co-created through the effective management of products and services.
The training also explores how the ITIL framework has evolved to support modern technologies, data-driven decision-making, automation, artificial intelligence, and modern ways of working—while remaining flexible enough to adapt to different organizational environments and maturity levels.
