ITIL5F-BR
New ITIL® (Version 5) Foundation Bridge course + exam
Description
The ITIL 5 Bridge training is designed for those who already hold the ITIL 4 Foundation certification and want to quickly transition their knowledge to the ITIL 5 environment.
The ITIL® Foundation Bridge (Version 5) course introduces participants to the key concepts of digital product and service management that were not included in the ITIL 4 Foundation curriculum, establishing a shared professional language for effective collaboration within organizations.
It provides an overview of the ITIL (Version 5) framework, including updates and extensions to the core models, as well as the most important foundational concepts. It also demonstrates how these elements can be used to create, deliver, and continuously improve products and services.
The ITIL Foundation Bridge (Version 5) enables participants to build on the knowledge they gained in ITIL 4 and understand how to create shared value through effective management of products and services.
The training also shows how the ITIL framework has evolved to support modern technologies, data‑driven decision‑making, automation, artificial intelligence, and contemporary ways of working — while remaining flexible enough to adapt to different organizational environments and maturity levels.
Participants receive an ITIL 4 overview material as a complimentary addition to the ITIL 5 Bridge training!
