To complete the e-learning, a prior ITIL4 Foundation certification is required. Since the e-learning material, resources, and the exam are all in English, a basic, reading-level professional proficiency in English is recommended. No other prerequisites are necessary for the course. A basic understanding of agile, lean, and agile IT solutions concepts is an advantage, but not a requirement.
