ITIL® 4 Specialist: high velocity IT course + exam

In the ITIL®4 Specialist: High Velocity IT (HVIT) Intermediate module, linked to the ITIL4 Managing Professional specialisation, you will be introduced to digital organisations in IT environments with high operational speed and performance, and the operational models and solutions that facilitate this. The HVIT module aims to provide inspiration and ideas for organisations that want to achieve similar operations to those of today's digitally successful enterprises and large corporations.

The formal, accredited ITIL®4 HVIT course details the working practices that facilitate the faster creation and delivery of products and services while maximising value. Examples of such methodologies include Agile, Lean and other cloud solutions used as current best practice, automation and automated testing methods to replace manual activities.

To complete the training you must have a prior ITIL4 Foundation qualification. No other qualifications are required for the course. Basic knowledge of previous agile, lean or agile IT concepts is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
