Description

In the ITIL®4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) Intermediate module, you will learn about core service management activities and service creation in relation to the ITIL4 Managing Professional specialisation. The module will focus on the integration of different value streams and activities to create, deliver and support IT-based products and services, and will also cover the practical skills, methods and tools to support them. The training also addresses service performance and provides practitioners with a better understanding of service quality and service development methods.

The training, together with the completion of additional intermediate courses (ITIL4-HVIT, ITIL4-DSV, ITIL4-DPI), provides a complete picture and, together with the associated successful exams, enables the achievement of the ITIL4 Managing Professional qualification.

The knowledge gained from the course will help organisations to: improve performance and operational efficiency, develop employee competencies, and increase customer retention.

  • It is primarily aimed at IT service management professionals (e.g. current IT managers, ITSM managers, project managers) who develop, operate and/or support IT-based and digital products and services, or who will be responsible for the delivery and support of the overall service.
