Description
The ITIL®4 Specialist: Create, Deliver, and Support (CDS) intermediate-level module, part of the ITIL4 Managing Professional track, introduces the fundamental core service management activities and service creation processes. This module focuses on integrating various value streams and activities for the creation, delivery, and support of IT-based products and services. It also emphasizes practical skills, methods, and tools necessary for these processes. The training covers service performance and provides professionals with a deeper understanding of service quality and service development methodologies.
The e-learning course, when combined with additional intermediate-level courses and/or e-learning modules (ITIL4-HVIT, ITIL4-DSV, ITIL4-DPI), provides a comprehensive overview and, along with the related successful exams, enables the acquisition of the ITIL4 Managing Professional certification.
By completing this e-learning, participants gain knowledge that helps organizations improve performance and operational efficiency, develop employee competencies, and enhance customer retention.
The e-learning fee includes the official ITIL4 CDS exam, which can be taken online via the PeopleCert system. For further detailed information about the exam, visit the official AXELOS® website here.
