ITIL4-DITS
ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy course + exam
Description
The ITIL®4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy (ITIL4-DITS) Intermediate module, linked to the ITIL4 Strategic Leader course, focuses on aligning digital business strategy and IT strategy through a detailed explanation of ITIL® 4 concepts and terminology, and real-world scenarios presented in the course. Today's world has clearly accelerated and consumer demands and values have changed significantly, so in today's "digital world" as we know it, service organisations need to adapt to a changing environment in order to create value and remain competitive. The module will look at how digital disruption from new technologies is affecting organisations across industries and how business leaders are responding.
The DITS Intermediate module will provide a new perspective on the concepts of the ITIL framework, thereby taking the issues involved to a more strategic level. It will help business and IT leaders and senior candidates to achieve a more effective and efficient IT and digital strategy.
The training, combined with the completion of additional intermediate courses (ITIL4-DPI), provides a complete picture and, together with the associated successful exams, enables the achievement of the ITIL4 Strategic Leader qualification. In order to benefit from the training material, previous IT leadership experience is strongly recommended in addition to previous ITIL4 Foundation knowledge.
The training fee also includes the official ITIL4 DITS exam, which can be taken online via PeopleCert. For more detailed information on the exam, please visit the AXELOS® website.
