ITIL4F-EL
New ITIL® 4 Foundation E-learning package with exam
Description
ITIL version 3 has supported the design, management and improvement of IT service management processes for nearly a decade. To keep pace with the constant and rapid changes in the business and IT world, the new ITIL 4 edition was released in February 2019, extending the capabilities of previous versions and providing a practical and flexible foundation for organisations to support digital transformation. The agile approach, already familiar and successful in other areas, and the DevOps principles that support the linking of operations-development-business have been integrated organically into the new ITIL 4 framework.
The goal of the official, accredited e-learning course is to familiarise participants with the concept, building blocks and operation of IT service management, the recommendations and solutions provided by ITIL® 4, and to enable them to interpret and support IT service management solutions at a basic level and to speak the same language both within the organisation and with suppliers.
The e-learning provides the prerequisite knowledge for higher-level specialized training programs (Managing Professional, Strategic Leader, Practice Manager) while also helping you prepare for the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam.
What does the e-learning package include?
- 9 hours of accredited, interactive English-language course material, optimized for mobile devices
- Case studies and practice exam questions
- Official ITIL® 4 Foundation electronic course material and Learner Kit
