Description

We want to give you not only methods to select the best candidate, but also to develop the skills to hear the quality behind the answers. This requires the ability to read communication signals at a high level, to scan the context and environment of the candidate, and to interpret them in the light of company values and opportunities.

In the training you will learn what the right questions are and how to build them. Why gamification is useful and how to use it well. Which interview techniques are useful and when. When to use behavioural techniques. What the difference is between an Assessment Center and a Development Center and how to set it up well. How to write a job description and who should attend interviews with what attitude.

Suggested For

In this training we addressed managers and/or HR beginners who have little experience in interviewing or want to brush up their skills. The training uses a lot of practical techniques to try out, so we recommend that participants translate what they learn into their daily practice without delay, so that it doesn't wear off!

Benefits

After the training, the participants will be able to pay attention to and absorb a little more detail from all aspects of the candidates, going beyond their own previous paradigms of perception. They will be able to fully appreciate the synergies or incongruities of the channels representing the candidate, thus shaping the interview process. This enables the organisation to screen candidates more efficiently, thereby increasing its market potential and cost-effectiveness.
