Description

For many employees, the basic tasks include presenting in front of people, conducting meetings, briefing groups of colleagues, motivating, mobilising, or informing other members of the management team, but the goals may also include winning, whether it is a traditional (offline) presentation or meetings and presentations in the online space.

Presenting is not easy. Most of us are not born for the podium, even though we need to present well in our work. The good news is that it can be learned.

The aim of the training is to teach participants the principles of successful presentation and the tools for effective and persuasive communication. Be able to deliver information in a structured, effective and efficient way. The training will provide participants with the opportunity to learn the content and format of a presentation and how to adapt their presentation style to the audience.

Our training offers a range of solutions and practical techniques to help participants master and put into practice the fundamentals of successful presentations. In addition, the preparatory exercises, rehearsal presentations and small group workshops during the training provide the opportunity to deepen and adapt the skills acquired during the training.

After Course

After the training, shadow coaching is also available on request. In this case, shadowing refers to the coach accompanying the trainer as a "shadow" during the meetings, with the aim of examining the trainee's skills, presentation methods, communication and presentation style, the atmosphere in the group and many other factors through the eyes of an outsider. At the end of the day, the coach will give a summary to the person accompanied, showing typical reactions, patterns of behaviour, stressors, etc. that are automatically "triggered" in more stressful situations.
