Description

Our world is complex and complicated, especially in recent years, with countless stressors. In this fast-paced, stressful world, many of us experience uncertainty and marked stress can appear in our lives. In these times, it is of paramount importance to maintain our health and harmony, to find inner balance and to find activities that promote this. Mental health is closely linked to psychological safety. If an organisation becomes a mental health organisation, the well-being and sense of psychological safety of its employees will lead to engagement and improved performance.

Our training will primarily define the concept, role and benefits of mental wellbeing from both the individual and the organisational perspective, and will review the factors that can help an organisation to implement mental wellbeing in the workplace. What the role of management is in this and how mental health projects should be managed. What are the success criteria for these projects, what are the pitfalls, what are the actors involved and how is a mental health project different from any other organisational project.

Our training will help you how to introduce mental health projects and give you guidance on how to manage mental health projects.

Suggested For

  • It is recommended for all managers, management teams and key people in the organisation who want to consciously increase efficiency and well-being within the organisation through a complete, complex process, not just to introduce 1-1 idea.
  • Also for those who want to learn about the specific, qualitatively different approach and methodology of the mental health project.

Benefits

The company, through the development of the individual and the group, contributes to the maintenance of mental health.

In doing so, it increases:

  • efficiency at professional and economic level,
  • flexibility, openness and creativity,
  • energy levels in tasks and teams,
  • reflection, self and project level,
  • commitment and loyalty to the company,
  • the value of the employer brand (CSR linkages).

All of these will reduce:

  • individual stress levels,
  • inter-group conflicts,
  • burn-out,
  • the number of sick days (thus costs).
