New year, new career: super-intensive software testing training, free!

Career change? A career in IT? Interested parties can start training as early as early next year for software testers at Training360, and in the second half of 2019 they can continue building their careers in a new job with a good salary. Moreover, it's not a question of money. All it takes is determination, determination, and perseverance.

Despite high salaries and an attractive career outlook, IT professionals are still in short supply. Companies complain about tens of thousands of unfilled positions in Hungary and hundreds of thousands across Europe, and colleges and universities are unable to train such a large number of professionals in the short term. When we talk about the attractiveness of an IT career, the first thing that comes to mind is the development career. But there is life beyond development. In addition to analytical thinking and high-level professional knowledge, good communication skills are essential for the tester profession, as their main task is to analyze the work of developers, identify software errors, and provide professionally correct, constructive feedback on these.

Training360's Career Start Program now offers a unique opportunity in Hungary for career changers or beginners interested in the topic. In their free, super-intensive software testing training, they can master the basics in 3 months, and at the end of the training, participants who successfully pass the final exam are placed with large companies, where they can further hone their skills while working in real life. The participants who are accepted will have a tough quarter ahead of them, but it is worth spending 8-10 hours a day studying. A new life, a secure career, a creative work environment, and last but not least, a starting salary of typically 3-400 thousand forints is the reward for persistent work, which, following professional development, can reach a monthly salary of up to a million within a few years. Those employed in the software testing profession have a similar career outlook to that of developers. There is frequent transition between the two related professions, with testers becoming very good developers and developers becoming perfect testers. Due to the diversity of the profession, the number of employment opportunities and possible career paths continues to increase.

To participate in the training, in addition to the successful admission, you only need to pay a deposit of 100,000 HUF, which the new testers will get back upon completion of the training. The gross cost of the training, 1.5 million HUF, is partly borne by the future employer and partly by the state instead of the participants in the program. In return, they are only expected to spend 1 or 2 years after the placement, depending on the company, at the partner company to which Training360 placed them. The placement rate is 95%, and out of the hundreds of participants who have graduated so far, only a few have changed jobs. This is due not only to the good salary, but also to the complex training model, meaning that in addition to transferring IT knowledge, great emphasis is placed on so-called soft skills, the aim of which is to enable participants to adapt to the new work environment as quickly as possible and to be able to join in starting or running projects.

Participants of the training can also obtain an international qualification by successfully completing the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level exam, which means an international career opportunity.

Anyone who is thinking about a career change or is just starting out and envisions their future in IT should keep up to date with the Training360 Career Start Program website about the training courses and opportunities that are currently being launched: https://karrierstart.training360.com/
