Description

If you often experience chaos, confusion, frustration, and inability to cope with a problem situation, it is worth developing effective problem-solving skills and learning creative techniques. The aim of the training is to raise your awareness and change your attitude towards the problem as a phenomenon. The occurrence of a problem in the daily life of an organisation does not have to be a destructive element, but an inherent part of the path to more effective functioning. It can also be a positive factor, which should be defined as a resource.

The aim of the training is to introduce participants to a range of problem-solving methods in an interactive way, to develop a confident attitude that increases their sense of psychological safety in problem situations and to enable them to think of problem-solving as an organisational development opportunity.

Suggested For

The course is recommended for all those, regardless of their position, who want to develop these skills or need inspiration in creative problem-solving techniques.

Benefits

The training programme will help participants to develop practical tools for problem identification and problem solving, which they can immediately adapt in their work, thus increasing their effectiveness and engagement.

Today's turbulent, fast-changing and often unpredictable dynamics require us to develop our ability to change our perspective and to strengthen our mental and psychological resilience. These two days will support you in this by providing practical ideas to guide you in developing your organisation's problem-solving capacity.

Furthermore, the expected outcome of the training is that participants will not only think in a problem-solving way, but will also communicate in a problem-solving way, as the outside world, customers, partners, subordinates, colleagues, managers will draw conclusions from this, as it is not enough to be a problem-solver, you have to be seen to be one.
