Effective time management training
Description
You've tried many things to make your days more efficient, but you still can't get from one to two? Improving your personal efficiency, or effective time management, is not just about tools, it's about using methods and tools that suit your own personality. This training will support you in finding and developing a routine that works for you, that really enhances your personal effectiveness. This is guaranteed by a 21-day follow-up after the training, which is designed to help you adapt the habits you have learned and chosen in the training to your daily life. Follow-up is by e-mail or, on request, by telephone and is included in the package free of charge.
The objective of the training is to introduce the cornerstones of effective time management, to teach time management methods and to provide principles, tips and tricks that can be applied in practice. Many people have problems managing their time efficiently, which consists of planning tasks accurately (proactive work) and completing daily tasks (reactive work). In business, it is important to recognise that it is important to identify those tasks that are worth spending a lot of time on and others that are not.
Through a series of creative, interactive exercises, the training will explore these issues through experiential learning, providing space to discuss individual time management problems and stumbling blocks and to build up solutions.
Suggested For
Any member of the organisation, regardless of their position, who wants to develop this skill (However, it is worth splitting groups into leadership and non-leadership groups, because experience shows that the key to time management lies elsewhere, depending on the role of the colleague in the life of the organisation.)
Benefits
