The main strength of Excel doesn’t lie in storing data but in the ability to process it. Most users only utilize a small subset of this capability and are self-taught. The goal of this course is to build a solid, well-grounded understanding that enables you to extract meaningful information from even logically poorly structured data sets, ultimately leading to more informed decision-making.
Description
The aim of the training is to introduce you to the advanced Excel tools that can be used to manage and analyse large amounts of data and make everyday work with huge Excel spreadsheets easier.

- Combined use of logical and summing functions
- Using search and database functions
- Use and advantages of array functions
- Names, dynamic range and Excel spreadsheet: advantages and disadvantages
- Data entry options (validation, protection solutions, forms)
- Special filters for data tables
- Data cleaning, debugging
- Creating a pivot table from multiple tables
- Pivot table calculations (grouping, calculated field and item)
- Advanced Pivot table skills (OLAP Pivot table management, use of cube functions)
Prerequisites
Advanced knowledge and experience of Excel is required to successfully complete the training.
